The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, however, was very bland; biscuits were hard, the sausage was over‑cooked, and the eggs were just okay.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of hot items, and the place itself was clean. The bed mattresses were extremely soft and offered no back support, clearly worn out, so they should be replaced soon. The carpeting looked clean and was well vacuumed, yet my wife noticed a funky odor and a somewhat grungy feel, as if it were old or in need of professional cleaning. Overall, the room was tidy and orderly.

The location, neatness, and cleanliness were all good, and the staff were friendly. I was concerned that the mattresses were not wrapped in plastic sheeting, which would help protect against bed bugs and mites.
