Staff in the breakfast area were amazing! They genuinely care about the service and their guests. Very hospitable!. The only alert I would mention is There looks like mildew and possible mold in the bathroom walls. Everything else was very clean. Great housekeeping

The room was a good size, the bed was very comfy, and it was very close to the airport. The shuttle bus was great and easy to find, and there were no negatives for me.

The value this hotel offers is outstanding. I had a one‑night layover in LA, took the free shuttle from the airport, arrived a couple of hours early before check‑in, and a room was already ready. I also had a couple of packages delivered there and the concierge was super nice and stored them for me. The next day I had a lot of time before my night flight, so I went out shopping after checkout and they kindly stored my luggage until I returned. When I came back I still had an hour to wait, so I relaxed in their huge lobby, which is very comfortable and has power plugs conveniently placed. After that I took the free shuttle back to the airport. All these services are usually normal in hotels, but it always feels like they want you gone quickly; I never felt that here. All the staff are super kind and helpful, so I’ll definitely come back. I did notice some maintenance issues with the rooms, but nothing seemed like a deal‑breaker, and the great service more than makes up for it.

The location was fine, but there was no drinking water in the room, which is a basic courtesy; the front desk said it was hotel policy and that non‑members didn’t get water on check‑in. We had to buy water in the lobby, and each 50‑cent wholesale bottle was charged $5—what a rip‑off. The toilet flush was very loud and scary; I will never choose this hotel again.
