Excellent breakfast featuring local specialties. The hotel’s location – a former manor high above the Valtiberino – is a gift, the whole complex including the pool is luxurious yet uncomplicated and friendly.

“Beschauliche Tage in traumhafter Umgebung”

I agree with the many very good reviews 😀! Location, rooms, surroundings, pool – everything is top! The house does not have a restaurant. You can, however, get small plates with sausage and cheese, which in my opinion were priced too high… Better ask about the price beforehand.

The location, staff, pool, and spacious rooms are great. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, but the decor could use a bit more polish; the rustic vibe works but adding something fresher would reduce the blandness. The bathrooms feel a touch smaller than the rooms.

“histórica renovada e boa piscina”

Breakfast surprised me pleasantly. Even with few guests everything ran smoothly. I negotiated an upgrade that paid off. The small house of about 12 rooms, newly renovated under historic restrictions, was an old abandoned country house but well refurbished. You’ll have to get used to brick flooring, very old doors and windows. There’s no restaurant on site, so you need to drive into town for dinner.
