It is brand new, very clean, the common areas are lovely with a wonderful view and beautifully furnished, everything feels high‑quality, the location is quiet and the city center is easily reachable, the team is very friendly and we felt very comfortable—thank you! However, I didn’t see that a terrace room didn’t automatically guarantee a sea view when booking, so we were a bit disappointed to be on the back side without a view, because the terrace was blocked by a high bamboo fence facing the street—make sure to check that.

The view was great, the staff were nice, but the umbrellas at the pool were too small to provide shade.

The small villa hotel was lovely and exactly as described, and I had a great stay; everything was nice, but note it sits up a steep hill—though a quick €5 Uber after a night out in the center is no problem.
