Almost everything was perfect. Breakfast was fresh, hot, and offered plenty of gluten‑free options. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to Target, good restaurants, and Philly. The only downside was that the hotel could have used a few cosmetic updates.

“Did its job, but will definitely look elsewhere when visiting my daughter at Villanova.”

It was close to my daughter’s school and the property was clean. The staff at breakfast were very nice! However, the building is older and the bathroom looked a bit worn. The front‑desk staff were not friendly at all; they didn’t even recognize that I was a Hilton Diamond member. Other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at usually greet you with a little extra hello, but that small detail didn’t change my overall rating. They didn’t tell us where the elevators were or give any hotel introduction, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. My family and I felt like we were bothering the two front‑desk staff.
