“On a bien du s’adapter”

The spot on the Veloroute track was great, but the deal was a ripoff and the price was way too high, plus an extra €15 for cleaning that was even mentioned in English. The bedding was dirty—old pillows without covers, and there were about twenty old plush bears. The outside looked run‑down, a bit “romanticish.” The listing suggested a mini kitchen, but there was no water except in the bathroom, nothing to cook with, and no utensils as claimed; only a microwave and a kettle. This type of place shouldn’t be listed on a site like Booking!

“Étape charmante et agréable”

The farm’s animal‑mediation setting was charming and the welcome was friendly. I arrived a bit early and had to wait an hour and a half because the manager wasn’t reachable by phone. Breakfast had no bread, only a single brioche.

The breakfast was good. Spiders were hanging from the ceiling. The accommodation was in its element… there was nothing to cook because there were no onions at all. For the same price, or a few euros more, we’d get a hotel room with nice bedding, breakfast, and no cleaning required.
