“Nice stay at good price. Chinese food. Lovely for kids”

The hotel had some great qualities, like comfortable beds and beautiful views, and the hot springs were a lovely touch. However, we encountered some issues - hardly anyone spoke English, which made things tricky. Also, our room was supposed to have an infinity pool, but it didn't, although the actual room was still nice. And for dinner, only one restaurant was open, which was a bit limited.

“Nothing enjoyable and a waste of money”

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this hotel was a letdown. The location was decent, near a mountain and a golf course, but that course was ridiculously overpriced. The real problems started with the check-in, where the staff didn't say a word in English - not even a hello. The hotel itself felt like a middle school, and the breakfast experience was chaotic, with screaming kids, food hoarding, and no space to relax. And to top it off, people were smoking inside, which was disgusting.

“A bit out of way from most food places. Cannot even get good delivery”

Weekends are not the best time to stay here, as it's popular with families on staycation, which means it can get pretty noisy.

“Pleasant stay at a luxurious villa!”

The hot spring pools were a highlight, especially on a cold day, and the whole place was clean and easy to get around. The room was comfortable and had a great view, and there was even an indoor playground for kids. However, the room wasn't very soundproof, so we were woken up early by noise and had trouble sleeping with all the commotion.

The staff were super friendly and made our stay comfortable. We had a bit of a tricky time exploring the hot springs area in the dark and rain, but overall it was a pleasant experience.
