I’ve never seen a hostel that could be called worse. The floors were almost always soaked from endless leaks, especially near the toilets, and the worst part was that guests had to bring a mop and clean up before using the bathroom. It felt like a cruel joke. The toilets kept breaking, and the noise was constant—arguments, fights, shouting—making it impossible to rest, even at night. The staff didn’t try to tidy up; instead, they shouted at everyone, calling us “dirty” and saying we didn’t clean up after ourselves, even though we were the ones scrubbing with mops. On top of that, booking was a nightmare: strangers kept arriving and booked the same room I was staying in before my stay ended. Attempts to reach the administration failed—calls and messages went unanswered, and in some cases, we had to call the police because no one could explain what was happening. After all that, all I felt was chaos, disrespect, and complete irresponsibility. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone, not even for a single night, free or paid.
