The place was quiet and cozy, making it a truly relaxing stay.

We only stayed one night out of the two we booked; the hotel advertised a restaurant—Sinatra's, the only one within several miles—but it was shut at 4 pm on Sunday and remained closed until Wednesday, a fact that was never mentioned. There was also no TV in the room. When we requested a cancellation refund or credit, the request was denied.

The location was lovely and the staff, especially Chrissy, were amazing, yet the bed was very uncomfortable and the AC, though present, was incredibly loud.

The hotel’s vibe was warm and unique, not luxurious but charming and unforgettable; we’d definitely return. The restaurant was closed, yet we were told it’s one of the best in the area. We had a blast in CASSADAGA.
