Free parking. The place to stay. The towels were torn. There was no fridge inside.

The spot is great, and having a private parking spot means I didn’t have to hunt for one; the room door opens to a water dispenser, which is a big plus for a mom with kids. The shower head in the bathroom has solid water pressure and is easy to adjust, and the air‑conditioner is super cold no matter what setting I pick—perfect for heat‑sensitive guests. The environment is decent, just average. We booked a four‑person room (2 adults, 2 kids) and the space felt just right—not too big, not too cramped—so we all slept comfortably. The only real issue was the terrible sound insulation: both nights, we were woken by loud noises from outside—some unknown household or something—when the window was opened, and upstairs, the running and jumping was extremely loud, not just a normal footfall but a huge clatter that rattled us awake. The noise level was so intense that it kept us on edge for the whole two days, making it the worst part of our stay.
