Just the building structure. The room wasn’t clean and smelled awful when we arrived. It was also scorching hot because the AC unit was broken. I called the front desk to report it, but they said they couldn’t fix the AC and told us to just open the window and sleep with it open. To make it worse, we had specifically paid for a room that included breakfast, yet we were later informed that the hotel was short‑staffed and couldn’t provide breakfast.

“Worst stay ever.”

Nothing. I’ve never seen such a filthy room. The carpet was grimy and covered in trash. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was disgusting! We were afraid of catching a disease.

Convenient location. The room hadn’t been cleaned at all. Floor tiles were broken. The bathroom door was broken and had no knob. The carpet was pulled away from the walls. I couldn’t get help at the front desk. I asked the owner for towels because the room wasn’t cleaned and he said “good luck,” never gave me towels or any of the items that were supposed to come with the room, including toilet paper. The roll in the bathroom was empty on check‑in and they said they had none in any room and wouldn’t have any for days. The shower was filthy, leaking through the floor and wall. The black shower head was so dirty it was gray and wouldn’t change settings. Apparently they have water problems (the owner says it smells terrible and leaks often); water to the building is shut off at 2 am every morning to deal with the issue, yet we had no idea until we had no water. The main entry door to the room doesn’t lock unless someone is inside to lock the deadbolt. So don’t leave your belongings in the room if you go out. The “free breakfast” that was “included” never happened and I don’t know if it ever does. I’d rate it a –100 if I could. Also found drug paraphernalia and tampons in the room. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. How they’re not shut down is beyond me.

We arrived and had to wait about 30 minutes before anyone attended to us; the staff still wore pajamas at 3 pm. The elevator smelled awful and the room was filthy, with dirty sheets covered in hair, stains, and blood spots. The bathroom was also unclean, making the whole experience very unpleasant.
