There was no staff contact at all; everything was completely contactless.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but the room was a letdown - the bathroom and bedroom were dirty, and it felt like they were skimping on the basics. For the price, I expected a lot more. It was pretty clear they weren't keeping up with the cleaning and maintenance. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I recently stayed here with my partner and it was perfect for a romantic getaway. The location is really peaceful and the room was comfortable. We'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the luxurious rooms and facilities, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by some issues - the room had a mosquito problem and the pool wasn't as clean as I'd like. Despite these flaws, the hotel's overall quality shone through, but it's clear they need to work on a few things. I'd love to go back and see if they've ironed out the wrinkles.
