“利便性が良い”
The walk from the station is easy to follow even late at night, and it’s close. The key system is very convenient, letting me enter the room after midnight. The room itself was very clean. The only downside was that it was my first time using this type of key, so it was a bit confusing at first, and you must have internet to use it.
“Bari nyaralás”
The location was the best! The room was much smaller than the photo showed, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was broken.
“No es un Hotel. Es engañoso el nombre”
The location was good, near the train station and about a thousand metres from the historic centre. It’s not a hotel; the reception is a luggage‑storage office and the room was in a nearby building. The service was completely impersonal and unempathetic. We were given the room via an app, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait for it to be prepared. The cleaning staff didn’t come the next day. When we checked out, the luggage‑storage service was paid. There was no Wi‑Fi and they never answered whether it existed; there was no iron or any of the items they claimed to have, not even a glass.
The front desk was managed by a staff member who was available within 40 m, which made the check‑in process smooth.
“Not comfortable at all”
The place was close to the main station and had AC, plus a small fridge and terrace were nice extras. However the cleanliness and comfort were disappointing. The bed was broken, so the room wasn’t inspected properly before we got it; we had to remove the mattress and sleep on the floor for some comfort. The room’s general cleanliness didn’t match the photos, and the door lock felt like it had been forced open before, which was unsettling. When I asked about compensation, I was told no.
