My recent experience at this hotel was a disaster from the start. I had booked a room through their website, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find out that they didn't have any available rooms. The staff claimed that every room was fully booked, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The whole ordeal was a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
