Whether it’s a couple’s getaway, a trip with friends or family, or a weekend or longer stay, this apartment fits all occasions. All rooms are comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped. The owner is very kind and ready to give any information needed. I’ll definitely come back.

A charming, comfortable, and stylish home with amazing views, air conditioning, parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s well‑located near Narnia. Marco, the host, is very nice, gives useful advice, loves animals, and warmly welcomes our Maltese dog. Highly recommended!

A cozy holiday home on a fantastic spot. From the terrace you get a phenomenal panorama over the hill village Narni and the valley of the Gole del Nera; especially early in the morning or at sunset the view is simply stunning, unbeatable! It makes you feel completely “zen”. The available rooms of the holiday home (kitchen and living room, bedroom, bathroom) have everything a person needs to spend a comfortable stay. And last but not least: Marco is a super‑friendly host! The kitchen hygiene could have been a bit better, probably some dirt left by the previous guest.

Wonderful view and huge terraces. Comfortable bathroom and bedroom. A sense of privacy despite the owner living in the same house (separate entrance, good sound insulation). Well‑equipped kitchen. Old, worn terrace equipment. The kitchen was the least clean room – many trinkets that are hard to keep clean (we couldn’t manage that on arrival). Little details. For us, walking to the nearby old town was a challenge (the only option was the old road to Rome – narrow, winding, without a sidewalk for about 1 km).
