Check‑in was hassle‑free, the gear worked well, the parking was secure, the AC was good, and the spot was quiet even though it’s on a main road. The Italian breakfast was decent. The pool was shut during our stay, and we thought the price was too steep.

“Correct”

The room was large and clean. Parking was right at our door, which was great. The girl at the front desk booked a restaurant for us and gave solid recommendations. The reception was confusing—where was the front desk? We had to look at the bar, and there was no sign. We couldn’t use the pool because a wedding reception was happening, and it was noisy.

“Ottima e comoda struttura”

The new building feels welcoming and functional. The only downside was having to stay outdoors among the trees.

The spot is tucked into green surroundings, has a pool, and is perfect for motorbike travelers on the SS125 Paradise route; from the room window I could see my bike, and at night the gate locks automatically. The staff are discreet and friendly.

“Désastre”

It was awful from start to finish. The Frutteto bar is the local spot with all the usual noisy, drunk crowd around the pools. Note: the pools are open to non‑hotel families—about fifty people were in our area.
