Beautiful lodge and peaceful location. Great staff. Some windows wouldn’t open or close; they seem broken.

The rooms are spacious. There’s no information in the rooms about the local area or even the hotel itself. The breakfast wasn’t restocked after the golf groups left. Honestly, it’s a golf‑society hotel and isn’t suited for tourists; it’s a bit boring.

The place was in great shape and located nicely in the countryside, close enough to the venue I was heading to. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was especially tasty. I wasn’t a fan of the heating system, though.
