The location was somewhat close, but the room’s bathroom had a lot of humidity, the keys didn’t work well, the room was large but poorly ventilated, and my friend caught a cold.

The proximity to the city center and several points of interest was great, and the person who welcomed us was very friendly and walked us through the spots with a map, but the bathroom wasn’t clean.

The location was excellent, right near everything, especially the Plaza de Armas, and the staff were extremely warm, affectionate, and genuinely caring; special thanks to Edgar for his friendly demeanor, wide sincere smile, and constant attentiveness that made us feel truly cared for, giving us the best recommendations to make our city experience and stay outstanding.
