The atmosphere is gorgeous, with great attention to detail in the room and all the amenities. It’s my first choice for trips to London. The wifi wasn’t entirely stable and I needed it for work; it was frustrating to have to ‘sign in’ multiple times per day. I didn’t realize there was a paid option but would mostly expect free wifi where I stay.

“Wonderful”

All good, wonderful staff, close to the Park! All good!

The shower doors were misdesigned; they open only on one side, making it difficult to move around, and the water pressure needs to be increased.
