Everyone on the staff was cheerful and helpful, and the meals were delicious. No issues at all.

Hotel tradicional, muy cómodo. Habitación japonesa espaciosa. El onsen está muy bien. Al hacer ruta en coche pudimos aprovechar y alojarnos en este hotel. Vale la pena si estás por la zona

The hotel was pleasant overall. We booked a western‑style room, which was fine, but the Japanese‑style rooms looked much nicer. We snagged a cheap rate and skipped breakfast, but paid for dinner one night. It’s pricey, yet the experience was wonderful. The WiFi in the room was very slow, which was a problem because my husband had to work. Additionally, a smoker had used our non‑smoking room; it was tolerable after we opened the windows the next day.
