“J’ai changer d’hôtel au bout 24h”

Everything was a lie. The photos are completely misleading; the hotel has more wild animals than anything else. If you’re afraid of dogs, stay away, and my friend was attacked by a dog on a scooter and fell – thanks to the hotel.

The review is entirely false and deceptive; the photos don’t match reality. Booking doesn’t verify reviews, and I want a refund because the posted reviews on Booking were misleading. This is not acceptable from Booking.

“Amazing stay- A hidden gem in Chaweng”

We spent four nights with our 1‑year‑old and 5‑year‑old and couldn’t have asked for more. Alan and Nid were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. The staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, making our stay memorable. Every morning we enjoyed eggs from the onsite chickens, toast, bacon, fresh fruit, donuts, coffee, and orange juice for just 200 baht. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, and the grounds were kept tidy with daily sweeping and watering of the greenery, keeping the whole place looking beautiful. The pool was clean and perfect, and both kids loved playing there every day. The location is ideal: a quiet area overlooking Chaweng Lake with running tracks all around, yet close enough to walk to the main beach, strip, and central market. We absolutely loved it and would return in a heartbeat. On departure we received a free breakfast treat so our kids had something to eat on the trip to Koh Tao. 10/10

“Accueil pas top”

I liked how quiet it was, but the building feels old and the staff never smile or help. Whenever we asked for anything we felt like we were bothering them to stay polite, which is new to me in Asia. The place is nice, but you really need a car.
