“Nice and friendly Hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's amenities, which included nice staff, spacious rooms, and a hot shower. The food was also good, but my room lacked a window, which was a bit of a disappointment.

“Overall nice stay”

I was initially put off by the hotel's attempts to upsell us on a more expensive room, but after showing our reservation, we were able to get the room we booked. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the service was good, but the sheets were stained, which was a bit of a letdown.

“Not great. Needs some work on basic practices”

The hotel's location in the old part of Lucknow was convenient, and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed. However, the room itself was dirty, and the bedsheets needed a thorough wash. The fridge had leftovers from previous occupants, and the hotel was incredibly noisy, both from inside and outside.

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel, with the staff being utterly disgusting. The hotel itself was also very bad, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The food at the hotel was good, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my stay. The room was not clean, with hair everywhere on the bed and a dirty, old bed sheet. I had to ask multiple times to get the bed sheet changed, and the staff seemed irresponsible. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, and overall, the hotel's hygiene was not maintained.
