The location, historic building, staff friendliness, and overall quietness of the building and area were great, and parking was convenient; the sofa bed could use a bit more padding.

“Parking is a Gouge, But You'll Sleep Well”

The room was clean, fresh water bottles were provided daily, I liked the layout and the soaps were great, and security was solid, but nobody told us that parking cost $40+ a day until we arrived, which would have been fantastic to know ahead of time.

Parking my car off campus cost $60 a night, a fee that wasn’t mentioned when I booked.

“Would not return to this hotel”

The location was good. The parking attendant was wonderful. He had a great attitude and was very friendly. The other staff members could learn from him. The size of the room was very good. Bed was relatively comfortable. The staff inside the hotel were almost nonexistent. The restaurant was dirty and not open for breakfast as it was supposed to be. We went elsewhere for every meal because of the state of this. I cannot believe that a hotel chain does not use duvet covers but 2 sheets instead. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the drain did not drain so one stood in water up to the ankles. The floor flooded no matter how much care was taken with the curtain. The towels were threadbare

“Would definitely book again!”

The staff were extremely nice, and the place was wonderfully comfortable with great bedding.
