Location, breakfast, overall cleanliness. Distant staff, however polite; unclean indoor swimming pool water

The location and the welcome were nice. It was a pity that, for the price, there was no refrigerator; I understand the ecological explanation given, but on hot days it’s impossible to not have a fridge. Otherwise everything was great.

They never refunded the deposit we were supposed to pay upon arrival, and when we checked out we asked about it; they said they would transfer it to our bank account, but there was something odd because we had paid in cash at check‑in. We tried calling them several times, but they disappeared each time. This is the worst experience we’ve had with booking in the 15 years we’ve been using it. The issue started on 13‑7‑2026.

The location was fine. We ran into a Mr. who was not very pleasant, and we’re not sure why.
