The place was spotless and the staff were really friendly, and everything was kept in good shape, but the AC unit was a bit off and the thermostat didn't seem to hold the right temperature.

The room was clean, but the black shade didn't unravel and I had to use force to flush the toilet.

When we arrived at 5:00 pm the room wasn’t ready because housekeeping was severely backed up; the room we received had a duck‑taped air conditioner, blinds that were falling apart, and a bathroom where the caulk around the bathtub was coming out and moldy.
