Glenwood Springs Inn

“It is very basic. Beige walls, no color, kind of depressing for me. Some may not care!”

The staff were clean and friendly, but the hotel is basic with no extra perks, and the room felt pretty lifeless.

“Quiet, good location, needs updating- still”

I walked quickly to the hot springs and could cross the bridge to downtown Nice to enjoy the balcony; it was quiet and the price was reasonable. I thought it would look newer based on the photos, but the carpet and curtains need replacing, and the breakfast was just average.

“Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Roadtrip”

The view was lovely, the place was spotless and the staff were very friendly, though the room felt a bit stale and dated.

“It was decent for the 10 hours we spent in the room. Breakfast was adequate.”

The location is great, the room is spacious, and I liked having parking right in front of the room without going through a lobby. It took me a while to realize we had to plug in the A/C because the power button (room 127) didn’t work. There was a liquid soap dispenser in the shower that didn’t work, and there was no bar of soap, so I was glad to have brought a spare.

The room was clean and spacious, the continental breakfast was typical and reasonable for a motel, and there is an electric vehicle charging station. It’s unfortunate that people with non‑electric vehicles park in the only two EV spots even though there are plenty of other parking spaces; clearer signage or a reservation system for those spots would help since many choose this motel specifically for the charging option.
