The hotel sits in a very central downtown spot, with many tourist attractions and markets within walking distance. I enjoyed a nice view from the balcony, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good choice for exploring the city. I would suggest improving cleanliness, as a little more attention to cleaning would make the stay even better.

The service is currently poor: we had to wait an hour for breakfast, no one was at the reception, the shower was initially broken, and there was no towel at first. It could be better.
