The place was nice and clean, and the location was very peaceful. The only downside was that the area was quiet.

We booked a room for the night of the Katie Taylor fight so we could watch it and also do a bit of shopping in Newry. Everything was wonderful – it felt like we had the house to ourselves and the host Jim was so welcoming. I definitely want to come back. The only hiccup was that it was a little hard to find at night, but Jim came and guided us. If this place had a hot tub, I’d never want to leave.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking was ample, the Wi‑Fi was strong, and breakfast included farm‑fresh eggs. The water was very hot, the beds comfortable, the room large, and the bathroom clean and spacious. We really appreciated meeting Jim, who was very hospitable and kind. Whenever we’re in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway, and we also enjoyed Armagh town. There was a marching band parade with over 60 bands, which was fun to see!
