Helpful staff. Had coffee teabags sugar etc but no spoon in the room. There was lack mould arounf the bottom of the shower cubicle

I booked a large, quiet, and spacious apartment with two sizable rooms, a double bedroom that has an en‑suite bathroom and another bathroom in the hallway. The place is bright, close to the historic center, and surrounded by restaurants where you can eat traditional food at reasonable prices—though I’d avoid dining in the historic center. There’s a kitchenette that could be used for cooking, but it lacks pots and dishes. A big fridge and a kettle for hot water for tea are available. The covered parking is secure at night, and the sheets and towels are clean. On the downside, the cleaning was terrible: the sofas, floors, and bathrooms were all dirty. Cold water was missing, and all the filters under the sinks were clogged, which really hurt the value. The shower stalls had poorly installed doors, one from one stall and another from a different stall, and the shower head was full of lime; a €5 purchase would fix it. The shower head door also needs adjustment, and a few towel hooks are missing.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom was spotless, with a balcony that had the view we requested. The staff were friendly, and the hotel’s location was centrally located yet a bit off‑center, so we mostly walked to the city’s attractions. The breakfast was good, but the buffet’s variety was limited.
