There are plenty of shops nearby, so stepping outside was enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the room cleaning was pleasant, and the service was appreciated. I was surprised by the air‑conditioner fan‑coil unit; as someone who gets hot easily, I wondered if it would work, but the temperature was comfortable for the season. The noise was noticeable—quite loud. The smoking tatami room left a strong tobacco smell that lingered, making it uncomfortable. The bathtub’s toilet lid interfered with the flush button, requiring careful timing to sit and flush. The shower curtain was so narrow it clung to my body, creating a cramped feeling. These issues are minor and manageable, but they do exist.

The mattress is comfortable and I fell asleep right away. I was very satisfied with the meals. I stayed for a pilgrimage trip and would definitely use the hotel again if rooms become available.

The price was good and the hotel was close to the subway. Two years ago, no one vacuumed under the bed. The bathroom is so small that the toilet lid doesn’t stay up and gets caught on the flush. The towels changed daily were sometimes stained brown. If you don’t need a pillow, it’s fine—it’s just tiny.

“のんびり過ごせた”

The breakfast was delicious, especially the bamboo skin rice balls that really impressed me. The onigiri changed daily, which was great, and the coffee service was also good. The staff were friendly and responded happily to my requests. Even though the building is old, it feels well maintained. The bathroom was cramped, the air‑conditioner switch had worn out, and it would have been nice to have hangers that allow pants or skirts to be hung vertically.
