The host was friendly, the brownies and cider was a lovely touch. Great space and kitchenette. Quite location. Details could have been better, didn't explain there was kitchenware or cooker ect

I was thrilled by the Amazon ghost vibe and the setting, though I couldn't help noting how good everything was, really nice overall.

“Truly heaven”

Without a doubt, this is the most wonderful place I've ever stayed; Nathan welcomed us warmly and personally escorted us from the parking area to our lodge in his buggy, which was a lovely touch. Inside, it felt like a dream, and the view was breathtaking; everything you could need is there, from a fully fitted kitchen to an amazing shower room that even has a record player with Bluetooth so you can stream your phone through it. The wood‑fired hot tub was awesome, and soaking while staring across a 25‑mile vista was fantastic. I can’t recommend Stairway to Devon highly enough, though I did have to leave!

It was an excellent staycation for me, mainly because of the hot tub they have; privacy and cleanliness were maintained so well.

“Beautiful place, great host(s) and amazing short stay - definitely recommend! (Already booked our next stay!!)”

The views were amazing, the place was lovely and private, both interior and exterior were beautiful, I loved the log burner and the log‑fired hot tub, and Nathan was very welcoming and helpful, though there was a slight smell from the bathroom, which was fine with the door shut.
