It’s very clean, spacious, and modern. I love the layout and the bathrooms. I like there’s a coffee area with the little sink and loved the classic fridge look. There’s a small dog park, large pickle ball area. A small patio area with chairs. The property is very clean and cute. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and firm. Would be nice is there was some sort of foam or soft topper. I saw 1 small roach make its way in which didn’t bother me too much. I was VERY disappointed because I got a text: "Good Morning! We are open for a limited but delicious breakfast in the lounge (building with big tree piece in front). Please come in for a visit. It's our opening morning!!" Very misleading thinking is was a free breakfast like some places do including Stanford inn. But it was actually a paid breakfast

The beds were comfy, the place was quiet and clean, and the bocce court and grounds were beautiful. The shower design was a problem—water kept splashing onto the floor because of the layout. A battery‑operated light in the room turned on by itself in the middle of the night for no reason. There were no dressers. A family member sharing a king‑size room was given two single‑size blankets, which was hard to use. He was offered only one soap container for both the sink and shower, and when he asked for more soap he was told they were out.

I’d love to return once the restaurant and spa are up and running. The shower’s water pressure and temperature were not good.

Clean, but… staff was pleasant enough. The room had an odor to it, like maybe a dog was staying there before me My room was located 30-40 feet from Hwy 1, with the noise of cars and trucks passing constantly the resort (?) is still being constructed, so buildings on property are not in use, was it a cold outdoor hot tub (?), and not a working sauna, a game room(?) still under construction way overpriced for what they give me, even for a Holiday weekend. not worth even 1/2 for what they charged
