A great spot for doing a lot or nothing. Beach, pool, kayak, sightseeing, or just relax and read. The staff were amazing, the food delicious, couldn’t ask for more.

“The best! Beautiful hotel, with top food, a great pool and excellent location”

A beautiful hotel with a great location—easy to grab a taxi for a few GBP to Hoi An’s historic centre, and it’s very safe. The food was excellent, staff extremely friendly and professional. The swimming pool, surrounded by majestic palm trees, was large and the outdoor areas all looked wonderful. The pool staff were always ready with frisbees and balls, and they made sure everyone could get a sun lounger. We had a lot of fun. The hotel is right on the beach; you can ask the pool staff for paddles and use the sea kayaks with no fuss. We also enjoyed the free spa and fitness facilities. Customer service was superb throughout our two‑week stay. The only suggestion is maybe more storage space for clothes in the rooms.

“Very nice , love it I will come back”

I stayed at the hotel and found it beautiful and clean, the food was awesome, and I appreciated the upgrade; the facilities were excellent and the place feels so relaxing after a busy day in town—coming back to the hotel is just a pleasure. The bed was nice and the towels were soft. I recommend it 100 %. On the downside, everything and everyone were friendly and helpful despite the English barrier, but the bar’s customer service on the beach needs improvement: we had to carry our cocktails and they didn’t retrieve them for us, so we had to bring them back. There should be someone on duty for the beach area only.

I enjoyed the beach and the great pool, but the sports bar was closed, possibly for renovations, though that wasn’t clear.
