“Modern spacious and comfortable international hotel in a convenient and interesting location”

We weren't happy with our room initially because there weren't adequate storage facilities - no drawers, though good hanging space. The light in the WC wasn't working when we arrived. BUT the manager Yann put himself out to try and find a solution for us, and sat us in the bar with a glass of champagne while he sorted the room out. The breakfast is varied and excellent, staff are all very helpful, bathroom products are lovely, and we were given very good restaurant recommendations by the concierge who made the bookings for us. As far as the location is concerned, we really liked it. It's well connected for public transport and taxis, and very near the charming Quai St Martin. We usually stay in the Marais, but we wanted a larger room, and modern facilities,.and this was a good 4* combination of comfort, price, location. It's a very busy, professionally run hotel, and we recommend it. We liked it, I don't have any negatives except that for me, there should be a drawer unit in a hotel room

Location is perfect for us. Rooms tired, long wait for check in, room lighting awful, terrible WiFi

Good air con. Lovely breakfast. Good location with restaurants near by. All very average but acceptable
