The location is very good. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. There was no small table or a place to sit elsewhere besides the bed.

It was quiet and comfortable. There was no staff present.

The location was good. The room was in a basement, with poor ventilation. Floor was dirty and found a used tooth pick in the bathroom. Didn't feel clean. Air con didnt work, sink didnt drain. Digital key didnt work on arrival and had to work to sister hotel 20 mins away where i was told the dig8tal keys rarely do work. Staff were non existent so no help provided. Asked for a refund as room was so claustrophobic but they refused despite me suffering a panic attack and having to sleep in the corridor on the first night. Not an inch of humanity or care given. Money grabbing unfeeling people. Would strongly discourage anyone from staying here
