The person who served me was very kind. There was too much dampness in the room and the smell was awful.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, but several tiles in the bathroom floor—about 3–4 of them—have come loose and need to be regrouted, and the shower‑head hook was missing, so you’re forced to hold the head while showering, a problem that seems common across Spain and shows the industry still needs to improve.

I was annoyed that people in other rooms were blasting their mobile music all night, which kept me from sleeping at all.
