Hotel Rivanta offered a truly wonderful experience with a calm, relaxing atmosphere and exceptionally polite, helpful staff that made everything comfortable. The rooms were clean and well‑maintained, the food quality was good, and the wide range of services—river rafting, scooty rentals, taxi arrangements—were organized smoothly and hassle‑free, making the trip even more enjoyable. It’s a perfect choice for comfort, convenience, and excellent service, and I’d definitely return.

The staff were very friendly and the room was good, but the AC kept turning on and off.

It’s a good hotel with very cooperative staff and a helpful owner. The location is convenient and easily accessible, though the washroom exhaust makes a noticeable noise.
