La Rocca di Camporgiano

The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and set in a historic environment with fascinating history, surrounded by glorious countryside and stunning views of the incredible Garfagna hills. Manola and Fabio were exceptionally kind and helpful, and we enjoyed a very good dinner and breakfasts during our stay. There is no private parking, but parking next to the hotel is easy, safe, and our luggage was transported for us.

The property is beautiful and historically significant in the region. The hotel has been thoughtfully updated into a luxurious space, blending elegant modern elements with its historic character and atmosphere. The result is a perfect balance between old and new, allowing us to feel the history while enjoying all the comforts of a modern luxury hotel. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, featuring all local products.

“A charming hotel in a historic castle”

The hotel sits in a picturesque village inside a historic building that feels truly unique; the renovation is gorgeous and the rooms are elegant yet supremely comfy. The staff goes out of their way to make everything flawless. We especially enjoyed reading in the garden with the view, the superb breakfast, and strolling around the village. A wonderful, very special place to stay.

The breakfast is excellent with genuine products. The external jacuzzi should be booked by the hour instead of being free‑for‑all, because then unrelated guests show up at the same time.

“Een heerlijke plek om te zijn.”

The location is special, perched on a hill with a fantastic view in a former castle that’s beautifully restored. The décor is stylish and well‑kept, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast features local produce and homemade sweets. The host offers plenty of tips and trivia about nearby activities and good restaurants. The area isn’t very touristy, which adds to its appeal. A pick‑up service takes you to the castle upon arrival. The host/owner and staff are all very service‑oriented. We would have liked a small fridge in the room, but it wasn’t a deal‑breaker. It was great!
