The hotel features a complimentary breakfast and a tastefully designed restaurant with a winter garden offering valley views. Lac de La Haute Sûre is 15 minutes away, and historic Bastogne is 10 minutes by car.

The staff, service quality, restaurant, and location were all excellent, but there was a bedbug issue and the restaurant prices were high.

The room was comfortable, though the breakfast left something to be desired.

The hotel was clean, in a practical spot, offered ample parking, and had a nice dining greenhouse; the bed was good and the room was fine. However, the room temperature was high even with the heater off, and the bathroom fan was noisy, making it hard to relax in the tub.

The reception staff were very friendly, and for a single night the hotel was comfortable. Some corners of the furnishings are heavily worn, and dust threads could be removed.
