The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was there, nothing to complain about.

The location was great and the hotel was clean; Nolwazi at reception was warm, friendly and attentive, though there was no blanket.

There were no dust bins in the rooms and they never change the bathroom bin; I also disliked that they don’t provide luggage trolleys— the one they gave was awful and impossible to use on the stairs. The staff, especially in the dining hall, were warm, friendly and welcoming.
