“Hrůzné podkroví”
We paid for room 35m with a king‑size bed, but ended up in a nightmare: a tiny room with a bed that sagged in the middle, a narrow alley, and a bathroom where the shower head hung from the ceiling and sprayed water onto the toilet. After the first night we left. The owner told us in the morning that we’d been given a different room and we wanted a refund; she refused to refund or provide another room. We then contacted Booking to resolve it directly. We quickly had to find another place to stay, and the area around I was awful.

“Fabulous place”
Everything was great, especially the large, beautiful terrace we could use, which always offered a view of the sea and Vesuvius. The bed was very comfortable and the Italian breakfast was consistently delicious. The airport was easily reachable, and Naples and the Amalfi Coast are accessible by train, bus, and boat. Boats also depart from here to Capri. The owner was very kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Thank you so much for everything!

The host was extremely helpful when I needed assistance with an issue; she went above and beyond.
For the second time, Eugenia welcomed us warmly and took great care of us. Breakfast is now served on the terrace overlooking the Vesuvius across the bay. One small drawback is that there’s no elevator and the building is on the 6th floor, so a bit of exercise is required.
