The location and room were great, and the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The sauna wasn’t hot, so I couldn’t have a session. The setting was nice for relaxing, but the sauna was lacking. It was a bit disappointing, though not a big deal.
The location, rooms, and food were all excellent. At breakfast, we had to drink coffee from tea glasses.
Unfortunately the whirlpool was broken, which was a real disappointment; I would have loved to use the wellness facilities. It would have been better if this had been mentioned during booking.

The location is perfect; staying on the plateau lets you start early without relying on the ropeway. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a spectacular view. Dinner options are delicious, and the hosts and staff (Choschtgäber) are very friendly.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is truly amazing.
