We had a very nice time! Our wishes were met very well and communication was excellent. The rooftop terrace was dreamy.

The lady who received me was kind, but unfortunately this is an establishment I would never recommend. If you want a good vacation, avoid it. The manager refused to listen even though we only stayed one night, and for reasons of unsanitary conditions and our health he wouldn’t even refund the rest of our stay. On top of that the photos are not realistic at all. Everything was terrible, starting with the hard-to‑access location, the room, the bathroom emitting a nauseating odor, damp walls, dust. This place should not be offered by booking, or at least not pre‑pay; they should allow free cancellation.

The location is in the Old Medina, but the street is very quiet and deserted at night, which made me uncomfortable. The biggest problem is the extremely narrow, steep, and winding stairs, which are very difficult to use, especially with luggage, and can make you feel dizzy. The room was very small, the upper bunk bed was unstable and unsafe, there was no hot water, and the toilet was directly opposite the bed with only a curtain separating them. The blankets also had an unpleasant smell. The curtains are damp and there is a lot of humidity. I became ill on my first night and was very disappointed with my stay. I cannot recommend this guesthouse at all.

Location. It did not meet the photographs at all; everything was very deteriorated, especially the terrace.
