“Nice very beautiful hotel , very huge rooms , feels like a suite”

The rooms are huge and comfortable, the beds are great, and the facility is overall good; the hotel sits right on the main road and the staff are pleasant. Hajjati at reception was very nice, the managers are good people, and housekeeping is excellent. However, I would definitely return to this hotel when in Uganda. One thing I didn’t like was the intrusive staff who seemed to watch me do my business, and another receptionist besides Hajjati made me uncomfortable with silly comments like “are you one of the girls who always come to visit him?” which was stupid. Despite that, the property was excellent and I’ll stay again. Say hi to Hajjati, Jose housekeeping, and Nakalungi waiter for me; they made my stay very comfortable.

Donna at reception was very helpful. I was disappointed that my reservation wasn’t honored, forcing me to pay a lot more than expected. I booked early to lock in a fair price, but when I arrived—already exhausted from travel—nothing was done to fix the problem. It felt like management cared more about money than customer service. When my flight was delayed by only two hours, I asked for a late check‑out for that same duration, and the manager demanded almost the full amount, which I found unreasonable and unfair.
