I was very satisfied, and the city is easy to reach with staff who were very friendly.

I stayed here and loved the super convenient location, but the room was just clean and comfy, nothing special. The area is really prime, I'd definitely consider staying here again for that alone. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I've had better experiences elsewhere.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Ginza was amazing, the team was so kind and helpful the whole time. I actually left some important stuff behind and they went out of their way to help me get it back to a friend in Japan, which was incredible. Their professionalism and care really impressed me and I'd love to stay here again.
