“Comfy stay at The Royal St. Kitts”

The location was excellent, with quick access to food and groceries, and I liked the kitchenette for making quick meals early in the morning. The room in the new block was lovely; I appreciated the high ceiling and layout. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. Friday nights are usually lively by the pool, but even during the downpour the band played on and I enjoyed the music! Nothing else – I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I didn’t get breakfast. I was placed in the noisy and farthest room of the hotel, even though it was only a one‑night stay, and I had to move. I had been traveling since 1 am. The front desk should have known about the Oct 31st activities. The A/C in the second room made a buzzing sound, so sleep was uncomfortable due to the heat. I went to Splash to eat; three ladies behind the bar acted as if I spoke French to them and were not concerned at all. I left.

The rooms are absolutely amazing, a real home away from home. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was my birthday dinner; I told the server what I felt, but otherwise everything was fine.

Very friendly staff. They go out of their way to help and be pleasant. The opening hours of the facilities were inconvenient.

“Overpriced imaginary resort”

The place is only decent because of its location, nothing else. From a UK perspective it felt like a Butlins with even less entertainment. I tried to shorten my stay and was told I wouldn’t get a refund, no negotiation. The “Resort” was about 30 % full, and when I asked for a late check‑out I was told “sure that’s $25 US an hour.” Awful awful place.
