The location is great, the room is spacious, service is good, and breakfast is tasty. Everything else was fine.

The hotel sits in the Jewish Quarter, about a 10‑minute walk from the main sights, yet it feels more like a 3‑to‑4‑star property. We ran into two main problems: first, only two pillows were supplied, and it took two days to get the extras we asked for; second, the heating was off as soon as we entered the room, and they never fixed it or offered a room change, only after a third day did it start working. On our final day, we could hear people talking and noise from the room next door, showing the soundproofing is subpar.

The front desk was friendly and spoke some English, helped with dinner suggestions, reservations, and directions multiple times. The room was tidy and the housekeeping staff were all very nice. Breakfast was outstanding with many food and coffee options. The spot is convenient, just a short walk to the tram and a few blocks from Plac Nowy, which offers plenty of dining choices.
