“Expensive but nice”

The staff were genuinely friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the room area was quiet. The only downside was that the twin beds were placed together.

“Geweldig”

The staff were super attentive, friendly, and very helpful. We were allowed to drop off our luggage in the morning so we could head into town. When we checked in, we turned out to be guests of the day and received an upgrade to a suite, and they asked if we wanted a glass of champagne, which we declined because we don’t drink alcohol. Room 324 was fantastic, and the large bed was lovely. Breakfast was on the 13th floor with a view over the city during the day. We also enjoyed the skybar on the 14th floor, which offered a stunning view of the city at night. The revolving door downstairs could be opened so I could drive my scooter in and out. We were right in the city center. Because of the upgrade, we could check out an hour later, and we were also allowed to pick up our luggage later in the day so we could explore the city. Thank you for a pleasant stay at your hotel.

“Staying at a great hotel really enhances the travel experience.”

The room was very clean and fully equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast was delicious, and the setting was fantastic. The front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming.
