We arrived late at night after a long, stressful drive on the highway and were let in quickly. Thanks again for the warm welcome – top service. Nothing negative.

The hotel’s central spot near bus and train is handy for trips to Ticino. We booked a double room right above the restaurant, and the kitchen’s ventilation was noisy until 22 h. After we complained, we were moved to another room.

The hotel looks nice, the bathroom is beautiful, and the restaurant is excellent. It can get pretty loud, though.
