We arrived and quickly realized the experience fell far short of our expectations. We hadn’t brought linens, assuming they would be provided as they are at most inns and hotels, yet none were supplied. Moreover, there was no Wi‑Fi in the rooms, a detail that should have been disclosed at check‑in along with information about coffee. Given the inconvenience after traveling a long distance, we are requesting a refund and await a response. Additionally, the property is far more than 5 km from the city and access is terrible.
